Bose, manufacturer of speakers, ipod docks, and a bunch of other glamorous items, has just announced that they will cut 1,000 workers . This is roughly 10% of their workforce. The job cuts will take place all over, even in their manufacturing sector. Again the economy is killing a lot of companies.
A modder found an old hand grenade lying around (don’t ask) and decided to gut it and mod it into a MP3 player. Now it does look awesome and lethal, but something about the grenade exploding in my face, turns me off about doing this mod. It features a 3.5mm headphone jack and a simple on/off switch.
