Desperate Prisoners Want Cell Phones?

April 16, 2009

What you see in the picture is a carrier pidgeon that had a small suitcase with cell phone parts strapped to its back.  Where was his destination? The Colombian prison. Colombia prison officials intercepted the carrier pidgeon trying to sneak the cell phone parts to prisoners. It is said that these pidgeons were raised inside the prison, then sent outside to collect items, then proceed to returning home with the goods.

Prisoners are way too desperate now a days. I wouldn’t blame them. Being stuck in a small room by yourself 23 hours of the day must be hell.

Nokia’s Profit Drop

April 16, 2009

Although Nokia made a profit of $166 Million this past quarter, they still suffered from a tremendous profit drop. Last year they raked in 1.6 billion the first quarter, meaning they had a 90% profit drop. We have to give it to them. While other companies have been picking up the pieces and try to hold on during this recession, Nokia is still making profits. Though their profits now may not be substantial like it was before, people should be ecstatic that they are not going bankrupt. Keep doing your thing Nokia!

Namco Tekken 6

With the recent release of Capcom’s Street Fighter IV, Tekken 6 is probably one of the few games that can compete with them in the fighting game genre.

Video Game Systems Turned Working Computers

April 16, 2009

To those that have broken Xbox 360s and Gameboys, you can turn your broken console into a computer with a few mods here and there. Usually I would just throw them away because I do not have the time and patience to make a computer while I have one already built at home.
