According to Motorola, large enterprises are now spending more money on wireless infrastructures. 54% of IT directors have stated that they spent a big portion of their budget on wireless equipment than wired.
Now for companies that are already using a wired network, how would they benefit from deploying wireless? Well, Angelo Lamme, Wireless director for Motorola, explained that “the cost of installing a new wireless network is between one fifth to one tenth the cost of installing a wired network” and that “wireless networks are a valuable alternative in these tough economic times.”
Xirrus is one of those companies that offer wireless at a great rate. If wireless is what you need, then say no more. You can easily go to their page at www.xirrus.com to get more information.
